Job Description:

This role will analyze business requirements, gather information, design workflows and gain an in depth understanding of the business processes of our clients in order for our software development project teams to deliver a product of high quality.This role will work alongside our many different software development project teams and gain exposure to different industries.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong, positive working relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for business analysis-related activities on key projects.
  • Gather, analyze, and document client business processes, requirements, workflows, user journeys, and system interactions.
  • Translate business needs into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to support UX/UI design, development, and QA teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and refine project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Support the QA process by validating requirements during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensuring project outcomes align with business needs.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to identify process inefficiencies or opportunities for enhancement.
  • Drive ongoing communication to clarify evolving requirements, priorities, and constraints, ensuring the project remains aligned with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews where needed.
  • Present updates and progress reports to stakeholders and leadership, including structured weekly feedback sessions with the Head of PMO.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.


Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in documenting business requirements and creating functional specifications.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
